very clean, the beds were quite comfy and i liked that the entrance to the room was right at the parking area

the only thing that was a bit of a pain was the parking, but, the front desk told us they were under construction

i also enjoyed that it was located rather close to many restaurants and the casino and the falls

and for a last minute thing very affordable considering niagara falls was a 5 minute walk and the casino was maybe 10 minute walk
