i loved the room, the breakfast and the staff

everything was perfect.. breakfast was very good.

the gym had brand new lifestyle fitness equipment and weights. great workout room.

night manager was excellent made sure are group of kids had cookies and juice

we were so impressed with the front desk check in, then breakfast the next morning was fantastic

there was construction of a new hotel going on and cause there to be limited parking.

signs in the side rear parking area that said you are responsible for any theft etc from vehicles etc

so light came through the sheer curtains, and our room was on the first floor facing the pool and parking lot, so the lights were on all night

we stayed in charles and the room was not only clean and decorated in a cute way, but the kitchen is fully stocked with every amenity you will need and they also leave you a complimentary

clean rooms with very supportive staff and complimentary valet parking make great experience for customers

there wasn't a choice to self-park, so we needed to tip the valet drivers in & out of the parking lot

silly to have to tip the valet every time we got our car because it was only a few steps to the parking lot, and we could have easily walked a few feet to grab our car

the pool was nice, in the center of everything, but there were no towels so we took rose from our room

clear directions to the room and there should be more signage to find common areas like the pool, gym, etc
