the swimming pool did not look clean .

place , we dont feel that we are in puero rico , it is gated property and good for family with kids , restaurants was always booked and we never get chance to seat in , although was very

villa was in good condition, kitchen utensils and cookware included

the staff is friendly and the beds are very comfortable and the units have a kitchenette

there were kids screaming at 7am and that is too early.

coffee maker doesn't have filter, no handy wipes, napkins or papel tower to clean the kitchen, so we have to use the towels

lack of curtains in the kitchen windows, to block the light from the outside at night.

the restaurant and the bar by the pool were closed. had to go downtown for a drink or food.

room was a little noisy and near the restaurant bar so there was people too loud too late.

many mosquitoes, housekeeping was not done automatically and the kitchen stove was not working

the gym was very limited and dirty at times.

are cleaned, it has beautiful trees, chairs around to relax, wifi available, lobby with a bar after a certain time, the breakfast was really good, tasty food and a lot of variety

it also has a little park for the kids, and the pool has also a side for little kids

kids loved the pool, a couple of nights there was live entertainment too

landscaping is beautiful! loved the pool also
