the shower was filthy. kids had 2 matrresses on the floor in a family room

staff were really nice polite and welcoming i loved the way they had a bar and restaurant on the grounds of the hotel albert's it was really nice for drinks n food n for

early check in was so helpful as i arrived really early

the gym was also amazing, loads of equipment choice and quite spacious

in card machine didnt work got in room and it was disgusting not good for kids then 3 days later took full paymeant on

kids playing loud music, taking drugs in the entrance

there was also i few rooms on my floor that had been booked by some young kids who were up partying all night

the bathroom was vile and leaked, it was noises with young kids running up and down the place

the kids were complaining about breakfast. less variety .

it was easy to find and great parking. a lovely hotel in and out

location , facilities , clean smart . now has ev chargers - so perfect

the rooms were lovely, clean and comfortable and the added snack bar outside of the rooms was a nice touch

a free continental breakfast bar which included a wide variety of products including porridges, cereals, fruit, actemail,

we also had a meal in the bar which was very good and value for money

the food at the bar is fantastic too - especially the cheese pie

drinks at the hotel bar were very expensive

moments at the bar was quite slow but not because the workers were slow, there wasn't many at the time

also didn't get to sleep until gone midnight due to volume levels from the bar area below

lady behind the bar was fantastic really helpful and friendly

wasn't working so had no entertainment the food had to get sent back as my daughter got a kids cheeseburger and the bun was rock hard the way it goes after it comes out microwave then

nice clean room , ample space in bath room , a good parking spot . landlady fantastic .
