i called the hotel and they had the shuttle driver bring to me immediately and i made my flight

pool had swim lessons from outside which limited the swim area to the deep end - too deep for my kids and not posted anywhere

i also didn't like that the laundry area was on the 3rd floor and that there was no where to sit while doing laundry

stole my laundry soap and stopped the washer on me while i was in the middle of washing my clothing

i also like that there was an indoor pool and hot tub and there was laundry facilities
