there were several plumbing problems and the parking was pretty narrow.

there was no continental breakfast, also the parking was very tight

laughed a bit at first because we didn t realize it was a motel until pulling into the parking lot but then we entered our room and it was very nice and clean

the only other item to mention is the parking situation and the difficulty getting out -- it's very tight and a bit tricky as i'm sure

see is nearby over ponquogue bridge, a very long sand bar with beaches on both sides and lots of parking like no other beaches in the hamptons which all had tiny parking lots, good luck getting to
