the 5 mile drive to pool

they also offered a shuttle but the hours were very limited and we had a one year old with us, so we had a car seat and

did not expect the convenience of the house- very clean,big kitchen and refrigerator.

the kitchen only had one dish which didn't fit the microwave and a couple of bowls in the cabinets

staff cherie n rose front desk agents very friendly and welcoming and jerry our shuttle bus service driver and the property on the lake the views

it was so nice to just have to walk up 3 stairs to the room and we could park right outside

they had space for me to park by boat/trailer that i towed to the lake

breakfast was adequate, staff were great, friendly and courteous

game room and fitness center closed due to covid

i was supposed to get a 2 bedroom suite with a kitchen in the new renovated room

room had a kitchen and 2 bedrooms. plenty of space for the family. close to wedding venue.

i didn't realize the kitchen was furnished with basic kitchen things

breakfast was delicious. you will not go hungry

clean, large hallways and rooms, well designed, well staffed. covered parking for my motorcycle.

this place needs a lot of work , very very disappointed not to mention being at a competitor for kids i had to go find another place to stay and it costed me a fortune and a huge inconvenience

the girls got to enjoy the pool and we had a little celebration pizza dinner in the lobby seating area

nice casino was up the road bar and restaurant right there off the main rd in the woods events you need was

casino 2 miles away

the pool area is also very pretty and accommodating for everyone

2 days with kids, 8 & 11 yrs

so i had to carry sleepy kids a distance to the door

we thoroughly enjoyed using the swimming pool

pool close at 10 pm

went out of their way more than once to accomade our order for food , and a late check out

did not like the slovenly guests who made a mess every morning at breakfast as well as whenever they ate in the lobby or at available tables

there were swimming lessons in the pool and the swimming instructors didn't respect hotel

pool and gym area the temperature was too hot

it was very cool to have an indoor pool

was great they help me out in the time that i needed it i got an early check in i appreciate

number for this facility is either old, or not working, i called this facility 4 xs to ask for early check in

it was great to have a gym, pool, and spa right across from our room's building
