great staff and pool/spa area

hits a homerun everytime, from the size of the casita to the beautiful pools to the exceptional gym and everyone is so nice and helpful

love that i can get vip deals, as a traveling teacher who often deals with long drives, the full kitchen, hot tub, bbq and quiet, on a small budget

nice to have a full kitchen and very comfortable beds

connivence of being able to cook my own meals, do my laundry and enjoy the patio outdoors was a nice bonus while being on a difficult long trip dealing

everything else was wonderful and kitchen items were ample

we brought some food up from ramona and the full size fridge in the kitchen made for convenient eating

power went out but not their fault. pool and hot tub closed too early.

is my second year attending the veterans golf association tournament at this property and yet again they performed admirably

from simple things like no cable or internet on both tvs to the pool and jacuzzi being too dirty to use

i first checked in, i requested a room change because my room was located next to the laundry room and i was concerned about the noise

i checked in the guy at the reception desk tried to put me next to the laundry facilities :( bananas, maybe bacon or sausage patties a number of homeless people came

clerk gave us directions to onsite laundry,

my family and i enjoyed our stay. very clean rooms and very convenient with breakfast available.

the spa is not working. back injuries require the spa soak.

only issue i had was that the breakfast options were limited on the first morning

a cockroach was supposed to get a family suite but didn't got the suite with the full kitchen but nothing to use in it no pots utensils plates ect don't get the suite only 2 beds and

that is going to in an out burger place they can get confrontational wen you want to park by the pool or any were else can you fix that

were people that obviously lived there and i always saw a colorful cast of characters in the parking lot

was really sad and disappointed to see the splash pad area for kids was closed down, it was one of the main things that made us rent a room at this resort

golf, shopping, dining, farmers markets, pool and playground.. this place has it all.
