com messed up our reservation and only charged for 2 adults instead of 2 adults and 2 kids (even though we booked a package with flights and room together)

the swimming pool is amazing and a sight to sore eyes on the hot summer days

the peaceful palms has a nice common area patio and pool where it was easy to have interesting conversations with fellow travelers

in the living room there's a pool table, a television and a kitchen

out for over an hour before it was resolved to be a battery issue i wasn’t even offered a late check out for the inconvenience

name correctly but she's a 10/10 and i love to shout out to another girly who works at the lobby bar yesterday when we checked in she works at the pool bar today she also celebrating her birthday

some safety hazards by the pool bar cooks could be more consistent at the hibachi restaurant sports bar could at least be open

dissatisfied with no shuttle service being available in the early morning which costs me an additional $30 for a cab
