the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our early check in request.

i asked for early check in so i could get the keys prior to heading to crystal mountain resort for a wedding

location & ample parking. that covers it.

the motels fault, but some guy parked his vehicle with a boat along the parking area taking up much needed parking for others

nice room for the money, clean, well-equipped. good wifi and cable tv

was 11am we asked if we could have late checkout for here room only (we had 2 rooms 4 adults 2 kids) they gave us until 1130 they if she was a min after they would charge extra

pool is amazing

breakfast buffet provided a variety of food choices

quiet and peaceful surroundings, pool and hot tub relaxing at the end of the day

in any case the kids loved the pool and the breakfast selection was quite good

kitchen was well enough equipped

the bar was great bartender was even better

liked the bed, and the spa tub

to be had, but the restaurant was out of a lot of things (to be expected these days) and the bar tender could have used a second server

quaint/unique building and room decor, bar was nice for a few drinks before watching the sunset

they have their own little bar and dining room

liked that the pool was busy and they had a fitness area

small, but useful fitness centre and easy parking

the breakfast was pretty good. i liked the silk very vanilla soy milk on my oatmeal.

only complaint is that they ran out of eggs at breakfast and never replenished them.

the lobby was very welcoming and my teens liked the gym.

the rooms were so cool and super dog friendly. the breakfast was exceptional

very close walk to the beach and the park as well and offered free parking, which was a huge plus for us

hotel shuttle is very nice option--best to schedule rides to ensure availability, but they will take you

the sauna was under construction though and the gym was open but we didn’t use it

room was not finished with its renovations, bathroom inside door frame was not there at all, with kids not safe
