the bar could have been a lot better.the staircase and passageway to bedroom need refurbishment

there was a couple of bus tours there and there was a half price bar with entertainment

cereal toast juice & tea/coffee was very filling staff were nice & friendly great views from the bar & restaurant loved the tartan

parking isn't ideal, but there isn't much that john can do about it.

busy wee place when i arrived, sunny day had a lot of people using the bar and sitting outside admiring the west bay views

the hotel had beautiful gardens to sit in , whilst having a refreshing drink from the bar and enjoying the view

food was amazing. fantastic bar . views were just incredible. room was perfect bed so comfy

was perfect we had the suite which had a spa bath didn't want to come out so relaxing hotel cosy would certainly recommend this hotel

but was very comfortable and had everything we needed, nice being able to have a drink at the bar too

even the single bed’s they we’re lovely & spacious, there’s a massive fridge/freezer, the kitchen was well equipped everything you need

needed a bit of tidying up too many pot holes and bits and bobs lying around no facilities for kids

caravan was spotlessly clean, apart from a few dirty utensils in kitchen but this will be down to the last people in the van, easily over looked

very comfortable, a lot of space for the kids to play outside, everything was new and clean

£29 for 2 breakfast several sweets n crisps night before and apparently that £29 included a late check out fee which i'm wondering where jn that £29 could be included anyway we will be
