facilities - the motel have fridge, microwave, coffee maker, tv, & wifi compare to other accommodation in the area

forever for the water in the shower to get hot, but it only took seconds for the water in the kitchen area to get hot

house - great kitchen - close to the dock downtown and just down the road from the alexander graham bell museum

the communal areas of kitchen, dining and two sitting rooms, not to mention the two decks are all furnished beautifully

location on the water is stellar, the bed was really comfortable, bathroom very nice, kitchen, sitting rooms have great views and are modern

breakfast was good with a nice selection

the spa bath was amazing, good location to everything.

the building from the back entrance was sooo strong smelling with some sort of cleaner or laundry detergent that we all reacted terribly to it

the laundry room was only open from 5 to 10 p.m. it should be open for most of the day as well.
