my bar experience: first i was told

great sized rooms, adam and the team behind the bar made us feel right at home

dining, grounds, walks, swimming pool, relaxed atmosphere

the food, the swimming pool, the staff, the grounds, everything!

was superb we really enjoyed the outdoor pool all the food was amazing music in the drawing room was most

rooms, the staff could not be friendlier nor more helpful, with lots of room outside for the kids to play but also very quiet and romantic for couples escapades

restaurant was closed which obliged us to go back to midleton for dinner which is ok without kids or with teenagers but not willing with young hungry kids

was cooked to perfection and the person looking after us was polite and very patient with our kids

tv in the room would have been great for kids in the eve

the kids liked the swing and donkeys and goats and the grounds in general

spa was great and not too big.

it was right on the beach, the funky decor and the bar looked lovely unfortunately was a short stay and didnt get use of it

aidan was a pleasant chat in the bar peior to handing over to denis who is a wealth of knowledge

location fantastic. bar was lovely, great atmosphere. good food and drink.

parking was a disaster, not really good enough for 5 star hotel

car parking wasn't great.had to go as far as the golf club to park.luckily the weather was good.

stayed as a solo traveller, i ate in the bosun bar food was beautiful & portion were super sized

easy parking directly opposite the hotel and great bar and restaurant next-door

breakfast is very good, and the showers works great

staff were very courteous and i must give a special mention to the lady who cooks the breakfast she went out of her way to be especially helpful on several occasions, helping with
