we arrived after 11:00 pm and i just wanted to get my kids to bed, yet we had to wait another 30 minutes because the receptionist was the only employee

the dryer was broken and i was told it was working so i went to the store (special trip) to buy laundry stuff and it in fact was not working

bathroom was not 100% clean, bathtub drain did not function (making it a challenge to bathe the kids) and the bathtub needs to be re-caulked
