excellent service from reception and bar

hotel, staff, restaurant, bar this hotel had everything you would need, the staff are always happy to help with your needs,

dog was unable to go to the restaurant, take away meals from the bar area allowed us to have dinner in the room

it had a gym, sauna, a cafeteria, a gaming room, a shower-room, rows of desks, a bar, two statues of

great food in restaurant attached to hotel & breakfast had lots of choice & was substantial

staff excellent, especially breakfast staff, we were given pears that had just been picked from the trees in the hotel grounds,

did feel a little perturbed at night as we went down to dine and where ushered through the tapas bar to a dining area where we where presented with a slightly

restaurant closed for refurbishment but fantastic tapas restaurant bar short walk away

clean and excellent breakfast

we also could enjoy the nice swimming pool of valtierra for a small fee (4 euros per person, 3 for children)

nice hotel for families. big apartment with all you need. room with kitchen.

also, there was lots of free street parking near the hotel

the national park las bardenas was worth the visit and the pool at the hotel was a welcome cooling off spot

secure parking was vital for us

very helpful the rooms where spaces and very clean i would definitely stay here again and secure parking

the location is good and the secure parking is a real bonus

didn't realise not possible to swim first thing in the morning and didn't realise a spa pool was different from a normal swimming pool

was a gym available, i didn't use it as not enough time

there was a good cafe/ bar open most of the time and lots of treatments were explained and offered

spacious rooms with balconies overlooking the river, super comfortable beds, pleasant public rooms

excellent facilities,great food and spotlessly clean. spa and treatments fantastic

on the other hand the person doing breakfast and check out couldn’t have been more helpful

only discovered on arrival that breakfast on a saturday is served @ 09:00, and we had a ferry to catch

best we had slept on and air con really quiet the pool is just lovely and relaxing until about 20 kids and parents descended on it that i presume was staff or locals as they were not staying at the

restaurant and bar staff were helpful

there was a restaurant where we could eat and a bar for breakfast

although the restaurant was closed, good food can be ordered in the bar too
