i liked the bed comfort and kitchen, could have used a toaster, and oven in it and updated cook stove

the price and location, had a well stocked kitchen for items to use. it was clean and remodeled

the maid cleaned our room and did a great job of keeping my kids toys all together

my only (minor) suggestion is to add some salt and pepper packets to the kitchenette units

our car had broken down about 15 minutes from the hotel, and we had to get it towed to their parking lot

garden side rooms provide views of the parking lot

ambiance, room, view, bed ,shower, lobby, restaurant, parking all above expectations

additional fees they charged us for the internet even though we didn t use it, they charged for parking even though we were in the dark around the corner, no where close to the front doors

had a view of the parking lot instead of the river

we enjoyed our balcony and fireplace and the kitchen and laundry facilities made our stay comfortable

we were offered an upgrade to a 1 bedroom condo with full kitchen, living room, and in suite washer/dryer

everything was spotless and the kitchen was very well equipped, including an over sized refrigerator that would hold enough food

gym pass was good, shower was good!

stayed in the euro king suite that was quite spacious; it was so great to have a full kitchen

i didn't use the pool, but it looked well maintained, and people were enjoying it

the staff worked with us for a late check out
