had to get help to open the fitness room since many kids were misusing and running around pool and fitness area so staff locked it all up

there was no pool, so i probably wouldn't come with kids, but it was perfect for a couples getaway

the hotel updated their website but did not update that they no longer offer free shuttles

no complimentary shuttle within 5 miles either

location - i can walk to the hospital and medical campus even though they no longer provide free shuttles (but still advertise it on their website)

they did have their own restaurant but my kids wanted burgers and so we ordered grub hub
