he made sure we had a room right by a parking spot and even walked my mom to our room to make sure she didn't fall while i moved the car

the gym which was listed as an available amenity was full of couches instead of fitness equipment and the vending area consisted of an ice machine which was out of order

my kids woke up covered in bite marks

the floors were not clean, took forever to get laundry done, pool was not open, was not secure because doors stayed open, looked run down due to

was displeased with the lady that was monitoring the breakfast bar

some of the furniture needs to be remodeled. i wish that the pool had been open.
