the spa and location

always love the vdlp spa hotel. this was my 4th or 5th visit.

fabulous place. loved the spa especially as we had just walked 15 miles on the camino.

the spa was 12 euro extra and we were not made aware of this until we checked in.

for an extra 12€ a 1 hr spa experience well worth the money

the owner was so sweet, had my laundry done, carried my pack to my room, my room was gorgeous with a comfy bed and a tub

the ‘salon’ and the breakfast area were wonderful & we had a full load of laundry done too

there were lovely little touches like kids toys and games for our 7 year old and books for adults, along with a kettle and tea chest with

the kitchen is very good, typical, local food and a wonderful breakfast

clean, very welcoming staff, excellent food both for breakfast and dinners.

beautiful home cooked breakfast was made for us, even had fresh eggs from the chickens in the yard

in the morning, as well as breakfast, she supplied us with fresh bread so that we could make sandwiches to take with us

this is a very special place to stay! full of charm and hospitality. they even did our laundry
