i had to request a late check out and they were so helpful and understanding

response upon arriving to the hotel and explaining this along with that my enquiry was to have a late check out due to working night shifts, i just got an apology and told check out was 10:30am

the check in staff member was pleasant. there was an option of late check out.

i did try to call/email the hotel beforehand to request an early check in/late check out but never heard back

could have offered late check out as we travelled far and didn’t arrive until late.

on floor to use it as the sockets was on the floor pretty much the hall ways smelt like dirty laundry the hot tap was clod and the clod tap was hot not safe for kids luckily my misses used it

nightmare, fan in room blade missing and vibrating, hot above laundry, no kitchen, social tenants from council, bad key/lock
