i also enjoyed my spa day and the use of the sauna and steam room

the new bar above the spa is a good addition during holiday weekends

because of the temperature in cartagena and we slept really good and the view to the passive pool was beautiful

breakfast very heavy nothing lite like oatmeal granola or more fruit

we loved the food, the comfort and friendly staff. very much enjoyed the beach and pool.

the gym was temporary arranged in an events room, with few equipment and no towels or tissues for

breakfast, dinner was good

attention by everybody was excellent, very good clean of facilities with an amazing breakfast

the pool was a plus. my children really liked it. the breakfast was freshly prepared.

rooms are always super clean, fresh sheets and towels everyday, comfortable beds, good wifi and breakfast included

i liked it the breakfast and the girls from the kitchen, they were really nice.

there is parking, though it is limited, but never had a problem securing a parking spot

lack of parking in front sometimes and almost hidden entrance was the only drawback i think

we were put all the way up on the 2nd floor with a lovely view of the parking lot

hotel can be very noisy, we had some family with small kids staying at the same time and even when those kids where screaming in the pool or in their own
