has a lovely woodland walk with small lake, it has parking and fantastic swimming pool also a sauna and hot tub

dirt and gravel road to the car parking made rolling suitcase difficult

3 hardstanding places for parking are available

only reason we did not give it a 10 was because the drive and general parking area is uneven but we know it is a work in progress

the parking was a bit sparce, mo spaces when we got there.
