location,booked the property for the golf at carnoustie,good scottish breakfast every morning which set us up for the day

helpful assisting with early check in and charging our ebikes, went the extra mile

friendly staff, who were great with kids and a great breakfast

for being next to the railway it was quiet. breakfast was excellent. good bar and prices

the meal in the lounge bar in the evening couldn't be faulted, all cooked to order, so, worth the wait

add in a cooked to order breakfast, an excellent bar restaurant serving huge delicious meals all day, and a cosy, clean hotel room that was tidied

the staff accommodated an early check in when we arrived for our overnight stay

were supposed to have an early check in for midday (using our genius points) but we didn't get in until 1pm
