parking was a little tricky

and from what i ve read, they offer late night valet parking and room service

the parking was free and the staff was helpful

parking is a wee bit tricky, but about what you would expect with a downtown area.

i also didn't like that there was no breakfast bar like in other hotels i usually stay at

waitresses at bar and at breakfast bar were very friendly

no free breakfast...:(

we had dinner and breakfast there for convenience sake and were not let down

i wish they had towels outside for the pool

a clean, nicely designed, updated regularly, rooms are amazing, pool sparkling, and most important of all secure place where you don't have to worry about people

pool closed, but that was understandable due to covid-19 restrictions

due to virus pool gym and breakfast were all closed. made for a boring stay..

outside was kind of dirty and pool looked like swamp water, although it was closed anyway

i called before i rented a room and they told me that the pool was up and running

had a kitchenette and a living room area with a sofa / pull out bed

the staff was helpful it was quiet clean and had full kitchen with 2 burner stove

room had a stocked kitchen, including stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, pans, dishes, and

i would have liked to have seen more variety with the continental breakfast.

the continental breakfast served in the lobby every morning was a plus as well

breakfast was good value

breakfast was not kept up and short on staff for a packed hotel

the gym is good and customer service is great

the coffee was great! they had the usual hotel breakfast, no complaints here

i loved the view of our room which overlooked the pool.

location is supreme, near so many things, a store, the mall, and planet fitness

it’s our 2nd year to stay. great breakfast, comfortable bed. really nice hotel

perfect stay for a quick getaway with pool

i was there for business so i did not get to enjoy the beautiful pool, unfortunately i had no time

warm greeting as i entered, suggested where to park my vehicle that was towing a u-haul trailer, shared local events in

receptionist shelby was very nice. room was clean. love the pool, hot tub, and fitness center!

have breakfast earlier for people who get up earlier!!!!!!
