comfortable room and beds, nice bathroom, good facilities (but we didn't use the pool nor the gym)

have like some cheaper food options for children to choose from at pool and evening meals

the gym is quite small and poor for a 5* hotel. they used to have a bigger and much nicer one.

room was spacious and swimming pool very refreshing in august sunshine

a shuttle n bus is also available between the airport and the hotel

airport shuttle bus seduces also provided making transport cheap and easier

couldn t fault the place - friendly staff, clean and comfortable, and ample underground parking (for free) (+)amazing , rooms , the stuff , quite and peaceful and free parking (+) - the parking lot is huge (+) free parking a bonus (+) everyone was exceptionally friendly, and the parking was simply fantastic right in the middle of the city center (+)easy access, free parking and friendly staff (+) nice and welcoming staff breakfast was rather good, with eggs, fruits, coffee and so on free parking excellent view (+) we left our car in their private parking, which is securely closed at night, and relied on public transportation (+)the room is wonderful, big and comfortable! and there is big parking underground!

room service food not so great. cooked breakfast could be better as well.

a lady named victoria who delivered our room service was fabulous, very polite and friendly

no restaurant, room service or bar facility after breakfast, not really good enough for a four star hotel
