room was exactly as pictured, the pool and spa were great and the location was very central

the property does not offer a breakfast and gym

customer service/hospitality skills when i checked in, and the next day i was ready to hit the gym and asked her where it was, and she quickly stated there were no facilities at this time, and

the gym was the smallest i'd ever seen and because it rained for two days several people came in to use

hence zero amenities, lobby/sitting area, restaurant, gym

having a kitchen was an added bonus

had lots to do for adults and kids a like

like the location and restaurants and gym

the on-property restaurant was excellent and our spa services were great

are no showers close to the hot tub in the roof area, nor there is a foot cleaning pool before the swimming pools

daily incidentals fees, plus taxes; very expensive restaurant and room service

lovely room in a prime location in jackson. the spa is great.

the price of ~$900/night, i expected a more spacious room and bathroom

also loved our spa massages

and welcoming, luxury boutique amenities, superb accommodations, wonderful spa and great dining

the table and the fact that there were enough places for everyone to sit because there were 6 bar stools

ie wifi, i working ice machine and working shower handles

it was big enough for 4 adults and 2 kids

it was hard to find parking.

fact that the restaurant has very limited hours of operation and thus very limited hours of room service

base for exploring the national parks, spa was great to relax in after exploring

room was very comfortable and breakfast was delicious

is no restaurant except breakfast, no pool, no spa, no room service - just really nice rooms with a free laundry and exercise

everything except the $150 “one time” pet fee. seems a deposit would have been fine.

cracks on pavement appear everywhere so be careful if you have little kids or seniors

to take a taxi from the airport (10-minute, easy drive), which was $60 for 1 adult and 2 kids

the pool and laundry facilities were clean and the grounds of the resort were overall very well maintained

the parking situation is dependent on when you arrive compared to your neighbors
