having a kitchen was an added bonus

the room's full kitchen was

gym did not have towels when i used it

like the location and restaurants and gym

gymnasium and jacuzzi were very good

great views as well from the pool

hot tub and pool were great after skiing

tub and pool were great after long days

hence zero amenities, lobby/sitting area, restaurant, gym

it has a gym and a heated pool

are no showers close to the hot tub in the roof area, nor there is a foot cleaning pool before the swimming pools

its swimming pool was too small.

swimming pool had way too much chlore, bloody mary was too strong

daily incidentals fees, plus taxes; very expensive restaurant and room service

good laundry for those on long toad trips

from the view of the river at my door to the gardens along the way to the pool, laundry, fitness room and office

fitness facility, breakfast included, location-easy walk to town, bar, nature walk with fire pits

planning with tours and spa services was so easy

we loved having a suite with ample space, a kitchen and a fireplace

hotel had nice rooms and good facilities with pool and hot tub

didn’t try the spa although it is limited to a hot tub and treatments

lovely room in a prime location in jackson. the spa is great.

the price of ~$900/night, i expected a more spacious room and bathroom

also loved our spa massages

and welcoming, luxury boutique amenities, superb accommodations, wonderful spa and great dining

great cocktails and rooftop bar was very nice

everything except the $150 “one time” pet fee. seems a deposit would have been fine.

but best part was the shuttle to the mountain and slope side storage

we had breakfast later in our stay once . it was excellent.

breakfast was good the valet parking attendants was very helpful

breakfast great too

and friendly, not to mention all the little extras they supplied such as christmas gifts for the kids and cookies for santa on christmas eve

the location is great and the fire hole bar and bbq is some of the best i've had

jackson hole is a great town to be at, we had diner at the snake river brewery with the kids

the table and the fact that there were enough places for everyone to sit because there were 6 bar stools

rooms were clean and the wifi was fast.

beds we could eat on the outside as there are tables in the outside corridor cheap and convenient laundry wide and well equipped fitness

pool area was not appealing. entire property is dated.

our kids and grandkids live in jackson but don’t have any extra space for us, so we will be back

and i wish the pool/sauna would have stayed open later - it closed at 10

we had a wood fire place in our room which my kids loved

we enjoyed the bistro and the kitchen

even let me finish my laundry after it should have closed

i requested no room service since we only stayed 3 nights

the hotel has a laundry room with a dryer that open till

also has a great restaurant with a great breakfast
