it was across from the pool area and gym so constantly people talking

i wish we could have used the shuttle service at 2:30 am. shuttle service started at 6am.

the breakfast was good. plenty of selection.

due to covid, breakfast was carry-out. everything was carefully, individually wrapped.

close to many stores, the kitchen in the rooms is great & stocked with dishes, pots & pans, silverware, & glasses

love the suites with the kitchen, living room vibe, and king bed setup

guest laundry was a bonus

the shuttle services and drivers are fabulous

perfect shuttle service from/to airport and from/to metro station. very good breakfast.

shuttle bus picked up our 18 yr old daughter from the airport, but dropped her off at the hyatt

amenities were great, gym facilities were fulfilling for what i needed, room space and kitchen worked great for our family

of the drawers in the kitchen were faded and showed wear and tear

counters in the kitchen weren t throughly cleaned but besides that the room was perfect

great location, close to everything. breakfast was fair not enough choice

the breakfast was very good with a lot of variety of different types of food

residence inn was very clean, i really enjoyed the ability to be able to cook breakfast

i also liked the kitchen where we made lunch and stored beverages
