had too many kids in the hot tub couldn't relax wish they had a no kids in hot tub policy

the kids loved the big pool, and the area was large with plenty of comfortable seating as well as

trolley pick up in front of hotel swimming pool was clean and relaxing

they also had a nice pool, but we didn't go swimming

is our 3rd year there, love the cleanliness,the rustic style, flooring, fireplace, breakfast the staff, location, everything that’s why we always go back

know it’s not feasible due to no kitchen, but wish there was more breakfast options

location cant be beat, wifi is spotty but we still very much enjoyed our stay!

we stayed during a snowstorm and the manager tony had to pull a double shift and work the bar and take orders saturday night

they had a breakfast bar but it costed $10-11

wifi was terrible, they tried to fix it while we were there and we still could not get connected

they accommodated an early check in.

working on the pool when we went swimming

loved everything just wish i got gotten a spa tub bathroom. everything else was amazing.

i wish the pool would have been open.

don’t offer breakfast anymore. not even juice or coffee

pool was great for my kids and kept them happy and entertained when we were at the hotel

the kind lady at the front desk had to make two trips to the laundry room to find a clean set of king linens

for the price, we should have had much more than a cheap little coffee maker, no ironing board or laundry bags, no normal room amenities and a super thin blanket

the hotel was clean, breakfast was well stocked, parking was available, pool was crystal clear

we loved the indoor pool and hot tub

laundry was a floor above and there was only one washer and dryer

i also enjoyed hanging at the fire pits while my family played mini golf

the breakfast was good and the location was also good

hotel was pretty, staff were helpful, everywhere in the hotel was very clean, including the guest laundry, and tables were cleaned between guests in the breakfast room, which we have never seen

pool times were not great.

24/7 laundry, was woken at 3:30 in the morning by music coming from an android phone by man doing

only thing that wasn’t that great was the swimming pool that’s indoors was a little to cold but other than that

they have a waffle maker that makes teddy bear waffles, the kids loved it!

breakfast in the morning was a hit for kids with the bear shaped waffles

it was very clean. staff was very nice. good parking.

between them and the kids screaming in the pool that belonged to the condo next door we couldn't really enjoy the quiet,

my kids loved the creek and feeding the birds
