we were in the deluxe room la cueva with a king size bed, fireplace, huge spa bathtub for 2 people and beautiful views of the garden with an almost private balcony outside

spa bath had some issues, the plug didn't work at first and one of the staff did fix it after about

is very calm and peaceful, it felt like a spa break

wifi is weak! extra bed was not comfortable for our teen girl

it was cold in the evenings and the wood for the fireplace only lasted 2h wifi should improve

breakfast (included) is excellent and ample choices (-) no restaurant with bar (serves breakfast only and has no bar) (+)attentive staff, excellent breakfast, clean and comfortable room with coffe maker and minibar (+) the room, the amazing bathroom with its copper bathtub, the gardens, the breakfast (+) beautiful colonial style rooms and the breakfast is incredible (+) gorgeous room at an amazing value, great location, great breakfast, and super helpful staff (+) the breakfast was delicious with tons of hot and cold choices (+)garden and very comfortable room, also amazing friendly staff, very helpful and breakfast which is included is the best included breakfast i had in a while (+) breakfast was generous with lots to choose from (+) they have an amazing breakfast from 8am-12pm but do note that there is no food or drink service afterwards

the atmosphere makes up for it, the kids were relaxed playing in the garden

wifi did not work in my room, so it would be nice if you can fix that for all your future guests

the cafe is nice, too bad it's only open for breakfast, the little bar is a nice place to sit and have a drink

old-style building & garden, large rooms, very good breakfast, nice stuff, well located, all perfect for us

size of rooms, cleanliness, restaurant and bar on site, outdoor patio and location.

the music from the sport bar on the bottom was loud till 3am

have a restaurant and small bar as part of hotel

very noisy in the night ,cuz there is a bar and there are lots of cars running nonstop...

wifi credentials had very short duration (probably less than 24hours) (+)wifi was provided but you had to ask for a new password every 24 hrs (-)wifi reception at the room (106) was the most unfortunate problem, unfortunately the staff could (-) their wifi is erratic in performance with a hopelessly complex and nonfunctional password system

location is perfect and has underground parking. quiet hotel considering it is right downtown.
