didn’t like the construction blowing sanded concrete and paint across the main pool and hot tub

the pool was perfect and i really enjoyed my stay

the hotel did let us have an early check in that was appreciated

pool is deeper than expected especially for kids

good sized kitchen stocked with supplies met all our needs

the massive salt water pool was refreshing and had a beautiful setup with huge hot tub in a grotto over which a waterfall

staff and breakfast were great.

the breakfast was exceptionally good

close to dining, take out, shops, odysea aquarium, arizona boardwalk and lots of options to keep kids busy

breakfast was grab and go. no hot meal was available.

very accommodating, and i enjoyed being able to get coffee in the mornings as well as breakfast

have been fabulous if the pool was not littered with empty drinks from the pool bar

i had to wait in the morning for breakfast for a while when the tables were empty

beds are comfortable. outside patio with tv is great. spa treatments were exceptionally good..

all staff members from hotel concierge, car valet, pool & restaurant servers, grounds keepers and housekeeping, were delightful

with great restaurants and excellent room service you really don't need to leave the property

, including the pool and the spa for the

beautiful grounds, centrally located. lots of things for the kids to do

we at at property for breakfast, food was good - but not worth the money

the center bar was a fantastic place to hang out and eat while the kiddo had some room to move around and

when i book somewhere i prefer not to leave or have to load the kids and drive anywhere

the casitas

everyone of them from the front desk to the golf cart drivers to the pool staff were happy, smiling and willing to go 110% to make guests feel wonderful

menu is not a lot of items for kids

golf course looked beautiful (i don't golf) (+) they transport you around with golf carts which is so fun a d the guys are prompt and helpful and tips are included (-)is a saguaro near the tee off at the lobby that needs protection from golfers (-)on the golf course,early golfers loud. (+) the golf course was in good shape for mid-summer (-)to either call and request a ride on a golf cart, or walk a fair distance in intense heat to get to your car (*) while it is hot in az right now the weather is dry so made a round of golf easy to play through - just needed to stay hydrated the staff were friendly and constantly (+)property, spa, pools, large rooms with sitting areas and fireplace, large bathrooms ( and soap), golf cart shuttle to/from room if needed (+) never had to wait on a golf cart to pick us (+)everything about this hotel: service, location, fitness facilities, golf course, pools, etc (+) absolutely gorgeous with a spectacular golf course, wonderful trails, and strikingly beautiful natural rock formations (+) breakfast at the golf course resturant was very good

the main pool is lively but full of kids all the time and the other pools were too quiet for me

excellent only missing some kids facilities

a place where you can relax and enjoy your kids

the villa was great! pool side for the kids was awsome!

juice/ coffee bar very poor - unacceptable really, lets the whole resort down

the spa but wish they had a bigger spa area

i fixed it so the kids could sleep on it

outside heated pool and jacuzzi open till 11pm

nice and spacious, i loved the fireplace, the outside deck, the bathroom jacuzzi and the outdoor pool and hot tub

room was definitely more than we expected, large 2 room apartment like with full kitchen and fireplace
