sean (the inn manager) and the two women running things in the kitchen (and throughout the house) were super friendly and on top of every detail
bed and pillows in bedroom # 1, behind the kitchen
very nice breakfast. brought to our room each day. just perfect.
the breakfast was offered in a bag to go and so was the happy hour
the included continental breakfast was delicious- hard boiled eggs, sweet and savoury pastries, yogurts, fresh brewed

the breakfast room is also cozy, clean and comfortable
little more run down than expected and the shared lounge breakfast area didn’t work well for us
breakfast was somewhat limited for a b&b in our experience, but it was tasty
great breakfast options including house made quiche
place with no staff around and a put together your own breakfast
