the pool area was beautiful, with chair side service for snacks and drinks

got back from the hotel spa at 11 am and my husband has two voicemails from the front desk telling us we have to checkout

there were many couples and families with kids

they offer a kids activity club with outdoor play and camp like activities

shuttle service

specifically, room service and most of the spa services were not available

tiki bar did not have ice-cream

the new covid-19 regulations will bring back room service and housekeeping

is applies to all hotels)

facilities year round which made the pool completely overcrowded (especially with young screaming kids) which we didn’t find very relaxing

would like more selection at breakfast - no variety of menu each day

no onsite bar/dining but at the hotel itself they offered great options for breakfast; wine & charcuterie @ 5

couldn't log into the free wifi with none of my apple devices

the wifi there is horrendous.

if we had known our front facing room would be looking onto a crane and our three kids would be awakened early to construction noise we would’ve stayed somewhere else

the rooms, both the bar and dining room were very loud, (including the voices of the staff) the choices in food, for

was wonderful, pleasant very helpful staff, atmosphere and breakfast was top tier

nice breakfast but would have liked better bread options eg sourdough

i had drinks at the bar later in the evening

comfy bed, nice breakfast, welcoming staff, definitely best of charleston

we had no wifi in the room on the first night

the continental breakfast was a plus, with outstanding breakfast items that were beyond expectation

wifi was so weak, it was almost non-existent

complimentary breakfast on door everyday, champaigne when i checked

of everything and walking distance to main attractions and restaurants; free breakfast; free wifi; attentive

breakfast was somewhat limited for a b&b in our experience, but it was tasty

little more run down than expected and the shared lounge breakfast area didn’t work well for us

we didn’t take advantage of the breakfast offered but the variety was vast and i can’t overstate how the owners seem to have just

place with no staff around and a put together your own breakfast

nicely decorated room basic but good breakfast (mostly sweet options, no cheese, ham or eggs)

there was always water, coffee, tea, lemonade and ice in the kitchen

sean (the inn manager) and the two women running things in the kitchen (and throughout the house) were super friendly and on top of every detail

good location, excellent breakfast and lots of hidden extras eg complimentary drinks and nibbles every afternoon

the kitchen was noisy in the morning if one is staying in the carriage houses

and it was very nice to a have some breakfast, snack, and wine options each day
