breakfast was excellent

to renovations, the bar was not open

since housekeeping had been sleeping on the job, they didn't charge us for the laundry and the coffee we had ordered

which was freezing cold due to being as far from humanity as possible and beside the staff and laundry facilities

this meant no gym and no bar

breakfast was so delicious too, with delicious selection and amazing smoked salmon

lovely huge room super comfy bed kind staff and nice breakfast

good position. very friendly staff. sumptuous breakfast.

enjoyed a lovely day in edinburgh after enjoying a late check

the breakfast staff were friendly and attentive

also we were right near the kitchen stock room so were awaken quite early each morning when staff were preparing breakfast

some family must have lived there before as you can tell from the kitchen and laundry room that it was someone's home

very good facilities (large lounge room with tv, kitchen, ensuite, separate bathroom, 2 bedrooms, etc)
