the breakfast was great

the hotel has a garden too which is lovely and great if you've got kids and you're able to grab a complementary coffee from the lounge and sit with it outside

i wasn’t keen on the continental breakfast, a cooked breakfast would of been much better.

staff, room clean and warm, close to where i needed to be, and a choice of of o wanted breakfast or not

nice and very clean we had a great nights sleep the staff was very friendly and very helpful, the breakfast was excellent and lots food

is no laundry room, although it may miswrite on booking

laundry wasn't open for the period i was there

also we were right near the kitchen stock room so were awaken quite early each morning when staff were preparing breakfast

some family must have lived there before as you can tell from the kitchen and laundry room that it was someone's home

very good facilities (large lounge room with tv, kitchen, ensuite, separate bathroom, 2 bedrooms, etc)
