we enjoyed playing board games outside and my son really liked the pool

the pool area was very relaxing with the view of the rural area and hills around us

the kitchen has a small fridge that serves the purpose and has all the equipment to cook a good meal

the surroundings ar fantastic and the only noise that we hear is the pool water falling or the river when we open the house window

food at the property or in the town to eat apart from breakfast at the property

the staff is very thoughtful, one of the days i needed to leave a little earlier and they had the breakfast ready 30 mins before, just for me

the parking is large and easy to access

easy to find and with plenty of parking space

the authentic historical feel and the outstanding breakfast will remain in our memories always

the property, very serene, great views from balcony bedrooms, do take one if your budget allows, pool was a huge bonus given the heatwave we experienced

the wifi flicked in an out for the first day but then did settle down

the swimming pool is a great plus but it wasn t really clean unfortunately, and the pool bar is closed, and no

fabulous historical hotel , comfortable clean rooms, staff friendly, good parking.

also inside the house everything we needed - kitchen, beautiful fireplace, everything clean and cozy

the lighting in the sitting room/kitchen could have been better

it was very clean, had a good sized well equipped kitchen, separate double bedroom and bathroom, plus an undercover veranda we had every meal on

the kitchenette was fit for purpose
