parking lot was very small and tight.
elevator to our room and my car got dinged in the parking lot because there are no lines painted and someone parked really close
parking was the only issue
great location, easy parking, great wine hour and breakfast

the only vegan food options at the bar were fruit salad or hummus with veggies and crackers
such a perfect beautiful location with a very popular restaurant and bar, they just need to do a little refresh on the inn itself
the bar closes very early
but we couldn't find any staff to let know we were leaving, so we just left our room key on the bar on our way out

complimentary shuttle into the city was unexpectedly a personal taxi service for both myself and my wife
they offer lovely coffee and complimentary croissants for breakfast

included would have been more convenient as the we were staying with kids especially given the weather conditions it was difficult looking for breakfast
they wanted us to stay in the room anyway and took us complaining that with kids we needed a room with wifi and tv
times about whether or not we had more people staying with us in such a big space
valet parking is very helpful

wifi in room was a bit sketchy, but in all common areas it works perfect
wifi was flakey at times...breakfast was only ok
the wifi connection in our room wasnt the best, but it was somehow sometimes working.
was ok, but a little odd that the room service didn't completely make my sisters bed
with fresh waffles, complimentary coffee and tea all day long, cookies and sherry from 4 to 6 pm, room service
