excellent food at breakfast and dinner

the breakfasts were exceptional especially the full english

there is not much traffic and it didn t disturb us at all even though i m a light sleeper the breakfast menu is small but perfectly formed

for early check in as requested, much appreciated, friendly staff, welcoming, clean, nice restaurant,

staff , bar , our room was fabulous all the extras in it and such a comfy huge bed with quality linen and

we all enjoyed the dinner and breakfast

£17 or so for a kids lunchtime fish finger meal, which was served with a grand total of five chips

in the bathroom were great, there was no blind at the window which looked out over a car parking area

wifi is good and free

it's a lovely place with clean and comfortable rooms and a lovely bar downstairs

food and drinks at the bar could be maybe a bit cheaper

the food served in the bar is delicious

lovely place to stay, friendly, quiet, was unexpected as bar open until midnight.

mini bar prices were reasonable

breakfast was plentiful and delicious

breakfast was lovely

wasn t certain about bar closing times but wasn t an issue.

location, outstanding breakfast and rooms immaculate nothing more to wish for

parking on site, but there are parking spaces in front of residential properties a short distance

a bit of noise early in the morning from the kitchen.

also beautiful quite location with ample parking

me as i was eating elsewhere but they made up for it by providing a complimentary continental breakfast so it s not a dislike at all really

unfortunately the restaurant kitchen was closed on the day we ve arrived
