staff were accommodating with a late check out; they delievered more coffee pods when we ran out

jets in the spa bath were placed in spots that made water splash around so had to keep them

the food is good just not a lot of options for kids

service from the waiter fernando in the piano bar was absolutely amazing

clean, comfortable, extra friendly staff, easy to get to, great parking area
