at the bar and in the dining room was exceptional and friendly

breakfast on the deck, a drink in the bar, relaxing by the pool, everything was top notch

the continental breakfast each morning was lovely and everyone we encountered during our stay was very friendly and

do try the cork & fork wine bar that is within walking distance on same street as hotel

bed room suit has 1 full bath room and half ( bowl and sink ) which is very good for 2 adult & 2 kids

kids under 5 eat free, but this was poorly communicated by the staff or the children's menus (in

room service was not consistent with rest of experience at hotel- both times orders were incorrect

often went to the bar ourselves and had to flag down staff to get more drinks and order food

in room service was a rip off

delighted to award l horizon resort & spa a well-deserved 5-star rating

loved the chill out feel, especially lounging by the pool

we received an outstanding service from him and other staff members including the pool bar staff

i wish room service stayed open later, but what can ya do?

the spa was closed for refit and we weren t told that before our stay

wifi is good and all around the rooms and pool areas

i liked the kitchen and that it had everything we needed
