i had no big issue looking for the staff but had to walk to the back bar to find him others may get confused and walk out etc

check in was was easy peasy even wit the full st patty's day bar

i wanted to surprise my partner with birthday decorations, etc, by going early

the bar attached to the hotel is also excellent and food and drink are well priced

the restaurant and bar adjacent to the hotel was very good

the take away breakfast was basic ( apple, juice box, granola bar , yogurt)

loved grab-and-go breakfast and

free healthy breakfast

parking lot needs updating. lot's of pot holes

no smoking in whole area so good for families with kids and also free breakfast

had a bad smell and there was mold in the shower bath, so i had to clean it myself to wash the kids

had the audacity to tell us why we didn't use another room as we had booked 2 rooms, one for our kids and one for ourselves

our kids said they are much more decicious than even some five star hotel's breakfast

wifi worked well

was a power outage in the area, so we were unable to order room service after being out for the evening

no parking for my car.

upgraded to a bedroom suite with two king beds, sofa and kitchenette

are a lot of venues in use at carmen s and therefore at times the hotel guest parking spots seem to disappear

my husband loved the coffee bar on floor 2
