place was amazing, loved everything about it, room decor, cleanliness, the bar and grill, amazing staff, food was delicious

went exceptionally well, except for the parking lot

the parking lot needs repaving and can be crowded

we were there to play pasatiempo golf course and we we're so close to the course that we could see one of the holes from our room

check in and out was easy and we were offered a complimentary late check out as well

staff was friendly, the bed was perfect and adults only was the best especially with a house-like building

we were 2 adults with one bag each and had no space

was only 1 croissants and one small danish on the tray that was supposed to be breakfast for two adults

next to boardwalk, the room was super clean and was as big as a 1 bedroom apartment with a full kitchen, stove and fridge it was very nice

kitchen was a little outdated, but it was clean and stocked which is fine for vacation!

kitchen needed updating but still very clean

really enjoyed the year around heated pool as well

not working in spa tub no breakfast as stated on site 2 dogs next door that kept barking for hours due to owners

breakfast in a ud83euddfa was excellent, you could in fact take this with you out in the beach(

everything. super staff, lovely bedroom, excellent breakfast

asked for an early check in and they were very pleasant about accommodating us and they texted when our room was

great location, clean, very hospitable, great happy hour and breakfast. beds are comfortable

provided baked dishes for breakfast along with the normal breakfast fare plus afternoon treats which were delicious

there is a thai restaurant and bar next to the rooms, so if you don't want to go far, you can head over there

single mom forced to lose my son because drunk navy seals tried to kill my boyfriend in a bar fight saved his life pulled up to santa cruz to find a new place and found the most therapeutic

our room had a fireplace and a spa tub which was an add-on we didnt know we were going to have until we got here

great pool & gym, comfortable & spacious rooms

room was absolutely comfortable that i they had a great breakfast and was close to everything i will book this hotel in the future i love it

our room was right by the maids laundry room so it was nosy all the time

having to use a car to exit to the pool and courtyard

restaurants nor room service not available on mondays and tuesdays

room was really spacious and i loved the fact that it had a kitchen so we could bring food or order in - especially during covid

the golf cart transportation, early soft check in to play pickleball.

many kids, don't get me wrong i love kids but my trip was with my best friend for my birthday and i was

restaurant and bar offered a good range of food options and staff attentive

the pool area could have had a couple more loungers

the pool & hot tub were an added plus

excellent customer service, close to the downtown, spa service highly recommended !!

gym air conditioning not working made for a very sweaty workout in close quarters

bar was active with loads of people and attentive waitresses

i would have perfered to eat breakfast in their area but they closed it off

breakfast sitting area was closed, so it was crab & go kind of bk.

room was incredibly spacious and the patio lovely to be in during the summer

the breakfast was pure delight just about anything a person would want to eat

good selection for a continental breakfast

appreciated the well-stocked general store and on-site food options, including the bar cart

about construction work, before, restaurant closed, trash in front of the window, staff at pizza bar unfriendly

due to the lack of hand soap, we had to take a cup from the bar and fill it with hand soap from the bar s restroom just so we could wash our hands in our

breakfast was good. pool was great for my 6 yr old. didn't use the kitchen but will next time.

i also appreciated the onsite gym and pool

pool and pool area is very small

i kept missing breakfast .. later time .. i work late wish there wasn’t a 28 day limit .

it was helpful having a kitchen and laundry facilities
