staff were very accommodating in getting us an early check in

the gym/ fitness center could use newer and more functional universal station

we didn’t use the spa but several locals told us they had the best messages ever at the magnolia

housekeeping came every night to offer turn down and bring chocolates :) also loved the spa at magnolia

the spa was beautiful and exceeded expectations

gym barely adequate

attentive staff, wonderful room. great bar & restaurant.

the only thing i didn't like was the gym, very small.

only comment we had was that there could have been a bigger gym/fitness centre with more equipment and gym classes

i booked our room with 1 bar of service while doing the west coast trail based on the tub alone and did not expect, or know
