great rooms, great pool and hot tub

they provided a washer/dryer with laundry soap & fabric softener which was greatly needed after 10 days traveling:)

we all enjoyed our own space and the complete kitchen, the laundry facilities and access to outdoors

the booking when it said suite, so when we walked into a full kitchen, multiple bathrooms and laundry, we were very surprised

because of covid there is no room service (as in every hotel in alberta) available at the moment, but you always get fresh (-)since we couldn t find the phone, we couldn t order room service lol but it s aight (+) we had room service one night and the meals were huge, fish and chips were awesome (*) moreover, there is no room service unless being asked for it, well (-) had to ask for room service every day, which for the price we paid was not good (-)terrible room service, didnt clean our room, felt like we were stay in a hostel

this hotel was fantastic! lots of parking, in hotel restaurant!

wifi was non existent

it has such a homey feel to it, the staff are friendly, the room was amazing and unique and the breakfast the next morning is amazing
