i booked the family room with a full sized kitchen and fire place

supposed to have full kitchen

smoking allowed on the outdoor deck i did not find silverware in the kitchenette i could not figure out how to make the kuerig

the bath room is very old and also the kitchen,

the room was small but very cute and the kitchen was a nice bonus

customer service, very nice breakfast area/lounge

the pool was nice but i really missed not having a jacuzzi

& the room, the accommodations, the location, the friendliness of the staff, the complimentary breakfast and the ease in booking and checking in to the hotel all exceeded my expectations

every weekend this hotel has 1 or 2 weddings and hotel parking lot overfull and the bar/restaurant is understaffed

the phones would not call out to the front desk, and no info on room service

the kitchen was not open for room service. we had to order out.

room was awesome and very clean but there were room service trays everywhere in the hall way, some of them with food on it

bar was open late enough to have a couple of drinks and late night snack

prices of the rooms and items in the rooms/kitchen

the bed was comfortable, the size of the room was great for the family, and having a kitchen.
