pet friendly is a very big + there’s a kids playground about 10 min away from the property and if the lines to get to the restaurant are

morning drive to another property for a breakfast— which wasn’t too bad if you don’t have kids to wake them up:) had to keep shades half to full closed on the first floor due to the windows

like a tiny apartment and we just loved being able to close our door for some privacy while our kids slept comfortably in the fold out couch

the room definitely did not live up to expectations; the bathroom and coffee bar were dirty, furnishings shabby and beat up, the bed was literally rock hard

the shuttle service is wonderful too, so thoughtful

kitchen was extremely outdated

there were no chairs for hanging out and watching tv. only kitchen chairs.

the light in the kitchenette is inadequate

having a small kitchenette was very convenient

parking can be a little tight. especially for larger vehicles.

kitchen faucet was broken - had to check constantly to make sure it was actually turned off!!

kitchen was well equipped and functional and the fireplace was an unexpected, nice amenity to have

interiors are a bit dull for a room on the beach, parking a bit cramped but fine.

i wish i knew where i could rinse the kids off though
