pool /hot tub should be a little more private for public and children

was rude, they lied to us about laundry telling us it was 24/7 and free when it wasn't

great having wifi and access to a computer and a printer

early check in was available

i forgot to ask to use the underground parking for my car

also nice breakfast and happy hour (no alcohol) that you don’t necessarily relate to a residence in

we had a little kitchen that had everything we need from kitchen utensils to pots and pans

the kitchen was well equipped and clean,

shuttle pick up was right on time

someone is staying for 4 nights, there needs to be some type of laundry hamper in the room if housekeeping only shows up once in 7 days

the breakfast salami and cheese dish was such a noice touch

did not eat breakfast

i arrived at 10:20 pm and they still were able to bring up some room service for me as i had a long day of traveling

the kids really wanted to go swimming and we were not able to

was able to do laundry, use the gym and hot tub

either domestic abuse channels/boring/and the one kids channels was okay but one other then tree house like family channel or ytv or cartoon network

the pool water could ve been a bit warmer

bed not made up, no coffee in room, couldn t get wifi and staff couldn t help.

the hotel all of the service was amazing cleaning and the breakfast 100%

my kids were excited they had enough room to play with their toys before going to bed
