pool was not warm enough for my taste

the room had a massive office/closet, a full kitchen and two full bathrooms

bed, cheap scratchy sheets poor late night dining options outdated literature in room exorbitant pet fee, with advertised amenities not provided

we decided to make our own drinks since the bar had closed but there was no ice to be found

shuttle service to the mountain was great too

helpful staff, even called us shortly after checkout to report a lost kids toy

it can get a little noisy outside the rooms, especially when your room is near the kids area

shuttle bus picks you up right outside hotel to ski at beaver creek

not included, but at least there is a subway in the hotel as well as kitchenettes in the rooms

location, friendly staff, ski valet, bar and food.

the outdoor pool and hot tub were large and set so you could see the mountains and stars at night

breakfast offering was ok. toaster for bread and bagels was difficult to use and very slow.

to not like the only draw back was there wasn’t a great breakfast service but it was still in covid protocols they did have free coffee and such so that

free shuttle to the ski resort is extremely convenient

quality of the service could be improved: 1) adding free drinking water to the jacuzzi/swimming pool areas; 2) providing more salt and black pepper, and a few condiments to cook in the apartment;

the gym was good shuttle car was great mostly friendly staff

kitchen was in great shape and had great appliances

the family room was spacious and well-equipped, with a large tv and comfortable beds that made our stay even more

the kitchenette was very helpful, making some fresh coffee and tea after a long day of skiing
