they even let us stay a little bit longer on the checkout day to enjoy the pool

the room included a mini kitchen with dishes and the pool was heated well and had a lounge area with heaters

all 3 the fire pits were taken and we had to nicely ask a couple if my kids can roast their marshmallows real quick

we had an early check in which we requested on arrival and we were accomodated very graciously.

it s more like a motel than a resort. no gym, no swimming pool, far from attraction center.

the bookings site it showed a beautiful pool, but there was no pool at all

wifi was patchy so it made it difficult to check in with work and family

was no wifi in our room, which was highly inconvenient and resulted in us having to move rooms for the

traveling companion was quite sick, and the staff allowed us a free late check out with option to book again for that night at a discounted rate if they were not

the room was spacious(with kitchen) and the bed was very comfortable

guests no longer have access to a kitchen, but the nice woman at front desk brought us a microwave upon request

kitchen could be a little better stocked - maybe bring some of your own stuff if you need to cook

no kitchen cleaning supplies other than a half roll of paper towels

our room included a wet bar - which had a very thoughtful surprise for us

alcohol free staff even had time and consideration to call 2 hours before to give us an option of early check in if we wished

on property they have a great restaurant with the only bar on the water, a cute little candy store where they make cinnamon roles
