didn't have screen on the windows, the pool is small

whilst the pool area was small we didn't have any problem with it being too busy

the welcome/reception staff person was friendly, she helped us with parking and walked us to our room

the pool was rather cold to use

also very poor we had almost no signal in our room over the 2 days and even in the restaurant and pool areas it hardly worked so they still haven't fix that issue over that we had 12 years ago and

from the bathrooms, to the pool area, to the tv

the parking area holds about 10 cars , seems secure most times the electronic gate was closed

the spa was excellent

only ten rooms with peacocks in the garden a small but nice and clean pool

place, giant room, coffee maker in room, nice soap, big bed and wonderful linens, yummy breakfast (be careful with the (-) we had a full breakfast the first morning the second morning we were told that the (+)the location, the staff, the breakfast, the jacuzzi! (-)arrived on a thursday and we were told breakfast is served from 8:00 11:00, so for saturday we booked our tour for 9:30am to have (+) nice rooms, garden, breakfast, location and service (-)breakfast only included items listed on the menu, which was mainly omelette-based (-)breakfast to late (*)booked a room and paid for 4 people with breakfast included but they would only include 2

we asked for pool towels

beautiful garden, pool, waterfall and

the pool is not open

they even flund toys for my small kids to play by the pool

parking is a few blocks away

safe & secure parking is attached to the hacienda

the parking lot is small
